The Club Information System has officially started registration for the new semester (Fall Semester, Academic Year 115) on June 8, 2026. All clubs are required to complete registration before September 11, 2026. Trial-operation clubs should also pay close attention to the application timeline for becoming official clubs.

  1. Starting this semester, all club administrative registration procedures must be completed through the new Club Information System. If you encounter any system-related issues, please contact Candice Huang (cmh1129@ntu.edu.tw).
  2. If your club holds elections this semester (including reappointment of the current president), you must upload the “Club Election and Handover Record Form” when submitting club registration. Before uploading, please make sure the former club president has signed the form, or attach an email showing the former president’s approval.
  3. According to the latest “Regulations for Autonomous Student Organization and Student Club Counseling” (announced on December 26, 2025), all student associations and clubs must complete registration within one week after the semester begins. Clubs that fail to complete registration on time may temporarily lose access to administrative support, including activity applications and venue/equipment reservations, until registration is completed. Administrative support during the overdue period cannot be retroactively restored. Clubs that fail to complete registration for four consecutive semesters will be automatically suspended. Suspended clubs must apply separately for reactivation.
  4. According to the latest “Trial Operation Regulations for Newly Established Student Associations and Clubs” (announced on May 15, 2026), trial-operation clubs applying to become official clubs must submit their application within one month after the semester begins. Late applications will not be accepted.

For trial-operation clubs established before or during Academic Year 115 (club codes starting with “T”), applications to become official clubs must be submitted within one month after the beginning of any semester, no later than the second semester of Academic Year 118.

Please note:

  • Trial-operation clubs established in 114-1 may apply to become official clubs starting from 115-2.
  • Trial-operation clubs established in 114-2 may apply starting from 116-1.

If a trial-operation club does not apply within the required timeline, the Student Activity Division may announce the club’s suspension on the official website.

For application forms and detailed information about the transition from trial-operation to official club status, please visit the Student Activity Division website.
